Get Involved as a Watermelon Festival Vendor
NOTICE…. New for 2027: Only 2 alike food vendors will be allowed. Food Vendors will be limited so we can provide more space between trucks.
A family-friendly event, the Hempstead Watermelon Festival invites folks from all over Texas (and beyond) to take part in sharing their food, products, crafts or services with our great small town.
It’s a seed-spittin’, melon-eatin’, small-town celebratin’ kind of weekend — and it’s a whole lot of fun, too. We can’t wait to have you join us!

If you’re interested in reserving a vendor booth, please make sure to review the 2026 Watermelon Festival Vendor Application and Guidelines. We’re accepting food and craft booths at this time, but please keep in mind space is limited and not guaranteed! Click the button below to fill out an application.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the application is submitted, we will require a Tax ID # for vendor approval. A Watermelon Festival representative will reach out to obtain the information once we have processed your application.

VENDOR BOOTH PRICING:Craft Booths: $100 | Food Booths: $150
Payments must be received by June 15th. On June 16th, unpaid booth space will be given to vendors on the waitlist.
NOTE: NO ELECTRICITY WILL BE PROVIDED. Please read the vendor guidelines prior to submission.
